Instructor Susan Meyer has been practicing mindfulness meditation for more than 25 years. She has received mindfulness meditation teacher training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Her meditation practice has been her rock during the Coronavirus pandemic, and she is passionate about guiding others to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
