Learn the skill of wet felting and create a bumblebee to contribute to our Living Wall Community Project.
Registrants can drop in at any time during this two-hour event, led by Mallory Zondag.
All Living Wall Community Project workshops will culminate in a collaborative community sculpture. The sculpture will be made up of works created by community members during the various fiber art workshops held throughout the summer, all made using a variety of techniques such as wet felting, needle felting, and embroidery. The final project will take inspiration from local pollinators and flora, and the completed sculpture will be unveiled at a reception in October. The sculpture will then be displayed in the Library as a testament to the community's creativity and connectedness.
